Oceanside Community Association (OCA) offers the residents various activities in the common area clubhouse facilities.  OCA-sponsored activities require that a waiver of liability be signed by all volunteers and participants. Waiver forms are available at the front office or by printing out the waiver form from this page.  Only one waiver is needed to participate in any or all activities after you submit it to the front office.
