Oceana needs your talent. Share your skills and experience, make new friends and discover how much fun it is to be one of  the many dedicated volunteers who keep this community thriving. If you love Oceana as much as we do, you will probably want to get involved and help to make it even better.

Each one of our committees relies on volunteers to carry out its important work. Surely there’s at least one that fits your interests! Our committees run the gamut from Architectural to Website. Click on Our committees for descriptions, then contact the committee chair. A fresh flow of members is always important because it brings new enthusiasm and ideas relevant to today’s interests. And there’s no better way to get to know how this community operates or to make new friends.

If committees aren’t your cup of tea, consider the many Activities that also run on volunteer help. The Computer Center needs people to monitor the computer room. Share and Wear always needs helpers in the shop and to process donations. The monthly dance and the movie need willing hands. So do the art room, woodshop and lapidary. Stop in, talk to people, and offer your services if any activity fits you interest.
