Band-It Small Group Fitness Classes
Starting on Thursday, March 14 in the Community Room, small groups of six will use exercise bands in workouts especially tailored to each participant. A session is 30 minutes and covers a full body workout modified for you. Classes will meet every Thursday and each session is limited to six participants. You choose your time: 9-9:30, 9:30-10 or 10-10:30 AM. To sign up or for questions, call Deborah Schwab at 551.206.5862

Keep Fit Excercise Class: Bert Nusbaum has designed a great exercise session for ALL AGES. Standing up or sitting down – he has a workout for you. An exercise class takes place in the Clubhouse Auditorium at 8:30-9:00AM, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
