Facilities Committee (FC)



 

Responsibility of the FC is an advisory team to the Board of Directors, Management and Residents. Members of the FC include a variety of relevant education and areas of expertise who will provide sound and well thought out recommendations on scope of work and oversight for projects.
Areas of focus include safety, access, architecture, landscape, overall aesthetics and facilities throughout the Oceana Community. Our purpose is to document, catalog, and report on identified issues and facilitate correction and repair. We will also create a process for reviewing, assigning, and overseeing projects to completion and final sign off.

It really is interesting and it’s important to preserve the safety, natural charm and consistent appearance of Oceana.
Come by and sit in, guests are always welcome.
Our meetings are the 2nd Monday each month at 11:00am in the Community Room.
